The application utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication, which is supported by all BLE-enabled Elatec readers. For inquiries regarding NFC functionalities and Wallet Passes, users are encouraged to reach out to Elatec support at support-apps@elatec.com.
System Requirements:
- Elatec TWN4 Reader with BLE chip (with B-option for BLE functions) and A-option (for Wallet/NFC function).
- Wallet pass for NFC functionality.
- Reader firmware version V3.22 or higher.
- iPhone running iOS 11 or higher; iOS 13 or above is recommended.
